NVC is a consciousness that takes a lifetime to practice and integrate: my jackal habits revisit me again and again, as opportunities to grow my capacity for compassion towards myself and others. Continuous learning in community is my favourite way to stay in touch with the principles and consciousness of NVC.
The NVC Intermediate Course is designed for those with a basic understanding of the principles and practices of NVC, who want to learn more tools, stay in touch with what they have learned already, and connect with others doing the same, both inside and outside of workshop sessions.
We will explore topics like:
❀ The dilemma of honesty – peeling the onion toward vulnerable honesty
❀ Refining the art of empathy
❀ Liberating from guilt – a core confusion that leads to tragic actions
❀ Connecting beyond (differences in) opinion
❀ The art of being torn – how to make decisions that include all the many parts within us
❀ The beauty of the need – deepening into the core essence of NVC
❀ Expressing No in Giraffe
❀ Celebration & mourning as an art of living
❀ Saying “sorry” in Giraffe
❀ How to lead a Healing Dialogue
❀ And more…

In an interactive and safe learning environment, you will be invited to work on examples from your own life. We will practice Nonviolent Communication through demonstrations, role-playing and exercises in order to integrate the NVC values and language more in our own daily lives.

A choice between £380 - £650.
A note on money: the “sliding scale” requested above is based on my attempt to balance what I find sustaining with what I imagine to be accessible. I invite you to choose an amount that you are comfortable to give. That said, I would like this learning to be available to anyone, no matter your financial situation. If for any reason you are not comfortable with this pricing range but would like to participate, please get in touch, so we can look for a solution that works for both of us.
